SPRING FESTIVAL VENDOR BOOTH

If you are interested in setting up your Business Booth on the day of Spring Festival on June 10, 2018, please complete the Form below and submit to secure your space.  If you have any questions before completing the form, please contact any of the following:

COST INFORMATION:

$300:00 inside convention hall includes 2 admission tickets
$250:00 inside convention hall includes 2 admission tickets
$200:00 inside convention hall includes 2 admission tickets
$175:00 inside convention hall includes 2 admission tickets
$150.00 inside convention hall includes 2 admission tickets

If you need additional admission tickets, you may buy them for $5.00 (non-members), $3.00 (members) each.

Electric Outlet (if needed): $50.00 each. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE PROVIDED:
One 6ft and two 4ft tables, Two Chairs and Two Admission Tickets.
One 4ft x 3ft display board on wheels if needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Picture ID, Table Skirt, Table Cloths or Sheets to cover your tables, Extension Cords & Lamps (if you need outlet)

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:
Any items outside of your booth, big display or racks on the side (that blocks the view of the other vendor), Food inside the
Convention Hall, Radio Tape/CD music (if you need to play music for selling tapes or CDs, please use head phones).

Please note that Booth will be offered on first come first serve basis. The online payment is preferred, check payment is optional. If you request for holding Booth in your name, your payment must be received within 7 days from the date of your request. All rights reserved by TRICIA. If you are mailing the check, please download and complete the pdf application form below, Delivery Request form (if applicable), your non-refundable check should be payable to TRICIA and mail it to: TRICIA, P O Box 5476, Albany, NY 12205.

Note: To unload your merchandise first arrive in P-1 parking then proceed to P-3 (visitor Parking) to park. The Plaza will open at 9:00 am and all participants are expected to have their booths setup latest by 11:00 am.
