Spring Festival Program Submission

Dear Choreographers,

We would like to invite you to submit your request for performing in our Spring Festival 2016.  Please review the Guidelines before you submit your request.

Guidelines 

• Item requests will be honored in the order they are received.
• Each item should not exceed more than 6 minutes.
• Duplication of songs will not be allowed.
• Minimum of 8 participants in each item is required and groups with more number of participants will be given preference.
• Participants minimum age is 6 years.
• Medleys should not consist of more than 3 songs. The group performing an entire song will be given preference.
• Each choreographer can send in their request for only one item.
• Participants can perform in only one item.
• Items with a regional / traditional Indian theme are preferred.
• Costumes should be appropriate. Please bring in a sample costume to the rehearsal.
• First Valid Twenty-five entries will be accepted to perform in the spring festival.
• Cultural Committee reserves the right to select the number of entries, select the items, suggest and make improvements in the items submitted.
• Choreographers and Participants full names must be emailed 10 days prior to the Rehersal.
• All Participants/Choreographers must be TRICIA members to participate in the Spring Festival.

As soon as the Rehearsal date is finalized, it will be notified to the choreographers.Please contact the Cultural Committee members for any questions.
