This letter is sent to you to launch the election process. Enclosed, you will find:
Please read the requirements carefully before submitting your nomination. Any nomination that does not meet the eligibility requirements as mentioned in the attached form, or is incomplete, will be rejected. Upon receiving nominations, the eligibility of all the candidates will be validated, and all qualified nominations will be posted on TRICIA website. Members will be able to get to know the candidates before they vote as all of the candidates will be sharing with you their vision, past service to TRICIA and future service ideas, or any other not-for-profit experience. Every candidate’s photo and biography will be available on TRICIA website.
As directed by TRICIA Board, this year we will be mailing ballots by postal mail to you. When you receive your ballots, please review the profiles of the candidates contesting on TRICIA website, cast your vote, and mail those ballots to Tricia NEC in the self-addressed, stamped envelope (postmarked by November 19, 2020). There will be no in-person voting this year due to the health/safety restrictions posed by Covid-19.
We would encourage you to be vigilant and report if you witness any voter fraud or irregularity in the voting process by emailing at
